Deliveries within the EU
You will receive your order for the EU within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday). You will receive a DPD Track & Trace number with the delivery confirmation for tracking the shipment, if this is available for your country.
We send your order for free. No costs involved.
Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Austria. This means you will not be confronted with custom duties when you order from an EU country. No extra costs. Guaranteed.
We highlight this point because we are often asked by our customers how they can order from the EU from a Swiss company. Yes Switzerland is not part of the EU. Yet, we are also tax registered in the EU. Thanks to our Austrian warehouse and our Austrian logistic partner, our EU customers do not face any extra costs when receiving a CARPASUS parcel. Deliveries outside EU
Deliveries outside the EU take about 6-10 working days. We charge a shipping fee of EUR 35. From an order value of EUR 250, CARPASUS will bear the shipping costs.
Be aware that extra fees might occur for custom duties and administration fees for exporting the goods outside of the EU. If you wish we can inform you about these costs before your order.
Exchange or Return
The article is too big or too small for you or you want a different color? You don't like the product? No problem. You can exchange or return the product you bought within 30 days of receipt. We show you how to do it:
- Use our return form for an exchange or a return. It is also enclosed with every shipment. You can also view, fill in and print it out here.
- Include the return form with the return.
- The costs for the return transport are borne by the buyer. Please send us the article in the original packaging in a hygienically perfect and undamaged condition to the following address.
- We only accept goods that have not been washed, that are hygenically clean and that are not damaged in any way.
- After receipt and inspection of the returned shirt, we will send you the alternative items. We will pay the shipping costs.
- If you chose to cancel the order and only want to return the article without receiving a new one, we will refund the money. We will not refund eventual shipping costs that paid when initially ordering the product.
