Delivery and Returns
Deliveries within the EU
We ship your orders over free of charge.
You will receive your item within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) for orders within the EU. You will receive a track & trace number with the delivery confirmation.
Your order will be dispatched from our Austrian warehouse. Thanks to shipping from Austria, our EU customers are not faced with extra customs or VAT charges when they receive a CARPASUS parcel.
We mention this because many of our EU customers approach us and ask how they can order goods from a Swiss company to the EU. Switzerland is not part of the EU. However, we are also registered for tax purposes in the EU and maintain a warehouse in Dornbirn, Austria, especially for our EU customers. This means that our customers from the EU can receive our products quickly, easily and without extra charges for customs or VAT. Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein

International shipping (outside CH, FL and EU)
Deliveries outside the EU take approx. 6-10 working days. We charge a shipping fee of EUR 35, but CARPASUS will cover the shipping costs for orders over EUR 150.
IMPORTANT: When shipping goods internationally, additional custom duties, VAT and import taxes may be charged. These need to be paid by the recipient upon the acceptance of the delivery.
Exchanges and returns
The article you bought is too big or too small for you or you wish another colour? No problem. You can exchange the article within 30 days after your purchase. Please follow these steps:
1. Fold the article back into the parcel. Make sure it is protected from dust and dirt. Fill in the return slip (also enclosed with every parcel) indicating the reason why you would like to change the article as well as the new size and colour.
2. The costs for the return transport will be borne by you. Please send us the item in its original packaging in perfect hygienic condition to the following address:

We cannot accept exchanges if:
- the product shows signs of use. Especially if it has already been washed, is dirty or damaged or smells bad.
- the product has been damaged during transport.
3. After receiving and checking the returned item, we will send you the items for exchange. The shipping costs will be covered by us. If you return the item and cancel the order, we will transfer the corresponding purchase amount back to you.
Please note: Any shipping costs incurred for the original order will not be refunded by CARPASUS.
