Orders

For orders from Switzerland, Liechtenstein or the EU you can expect your order within 1–2 working days.
For international orders (outside CH, FL and EU) you can expect your order within approx. 7-10 working days.

You can always contact us and ask to make changes. We will try to change the order as quick as possible before it is commissioned by our warehouse. However, sometimes the request to change will come too late and the parcel might be shipped already.

Yes you can cancel your order. We will check with the warehouse whether they have yet processed the order. If we can we will stop the process. However, sometimes the request to change will come too late and the parcel might be shipped already.

You can order a physical gift card here, which we will send to you by the postal service. Unfortunately we don’t offer a gift wrapping service.

Unfortunately this is not possible. If you wish to order several products we suggest you place several orders and redeem one discount code for each order.

For orders from Switzerland we offer payment by TWINT, Credit Card, PostFinance E-Finance and Vorkasse (Pre-Payment). For all other orders from the EU or overseas we offer payment by Credit Card, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Shop Pay, Amex.

Product Info

GOTS is the abbreviation for "Global Organic Textile Standard". The standard sets environmental and social criteria for the processing of textiles and production of garments.

For a fabric or product to be GOTS certified, only natural fibres are allowed to be used that were grown without genetically modified organisms, herbicides, pesticides, synthetic fertilizers. Also, substances that are harmful, toxic and hazardous for people and the environment are prohibited when processing the raw materials (e.g. when dyeing or weaving the organic cotton or organic linen yarns).

Furthermore, social criteria must be met by the suppliers. E.g. Child labour, discrimination are prohibited. Working times, safety and health measurements must be met.

Our fabrics are produced under the GOTS standard. That means, no toxic and hazardous substances are used when dyeing and weaving the fabrics. Notably, no heavy metals and formaldehydes are allowed. You find the list of prohibited substances here.

Consequently our products can be worn without concerns by people with allergies or with a sensitive skin.

Our clothes are made under fair working conditions in Europe. The large parts of our fabrics and shirts are manufactured in Portugal. Another part as well as our made-to-measure shirts are produced in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We maintain close relationships with our partners and only work with manufacturers that offer fair working conditions to their employees. For our products we use organic cotton, organic linen and recycled cotton that we source from different sources around the globe. Our organic cotton is usually grown in India, Tanzania or Turkey. Our organic linen is grown in France or China. The fabrics we use are woven in Portugal, Germany, Austria and Belgium. We try our best to offer as much transparency on our supply chain as possible and are working  towards having full traceability of our supply chains. Our partners give their best to sew your item the most precisely as possible. Yet it is always possible that small differences from the measurements occur. Send us a mail to contact@carpasus.com if you think the differences are too big.

All our items are pre-washed. That means they will not shrink when you wash them at home for the first time. However, it is important that you follow our care instructions. You find those instructions on the product page of each item.

Shipping

You will receive a Track & Trace number for shipment tracking with the delivery confirmation, if available for your country.

For orders from Switzerland, Liechtenstein or the EU you can expect your order within 1–2 working days.

If you order from an EU country you will NOT be charged taxes and custom duties when you receive your products. We ship our EU orders from our EU warehouse in Austria. All our EU customers receive their parcel without any additional costs.

If you place an order from outside the EU and outside Switzerland you will be charged VAT and custom duties by your local shipping service after the receipt of your order.

As long as your order has not been processed by our warehouse it is still possible to change your address. Send us a mail and we will check what we can do.

In Switzerland all our orders are shipped with the Swiss Post. Orders from the EU are shipped with DPD. Overseas orders are either shipped with the international service of the Swiss Post or by DPD.

We offer free shipping from orders within Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the EU. For overseas orders under 200 CHF we charge a shipping fee of EUR 30. Find more information on Delivery and Returns here.

Return & Change

You have the right to return the product within 30 days after receiving the goods. Find more information on how to return an order here.

In case of receiving a damaged item, please contact us at contact@carpasus.com and send us a picture of the damage.

We only accept goods that have not been washed, that are hygenically clean and that are not damaged in any way. Find more information about returns here.

We offer free shipping for all our Swiss and EU orders. The shipping costs for a return or exchange of an order, however, is paid by our customers. Of course, if a mistake happened (e.g. wrong item) from our side, we will cover the costs.
